
Sidley is representing ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE: ABM), a provider of comprehensive industrial facilities, infrastructure, engineering, and mobility solutions, in its US$275 million acquisition of WGNSTAR, a provider of integrated workforce solutions and equipment support services for the semiconductor and other high-technology industries. The acquisition expands ABM’s capabilities in the high-growth semiconductor space and will support its engineering, energy resiliency, and mission-critical segments.
