
Sidley represented the underwriters in Janus Living, Inc.’s US$533.6 million public offering of 16,000,000 shares of Class A-1 common stock at a price to the public of US$29.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of its Class A 1 common stock at the public offering price.
The offering closed on August 12, 2026. BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan, and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead book-running managers.
