Sidley advised Lightspin Technologies, a contextual cloud security platform, in its pending acquisition by Cisco. Lightspin, headquartered in Tel-Aviv, Israel with operations in the United States, has developed leading technologies to find and understand vulnerabilities in enterprises’ cloud infrastructure.
