Sidley represented Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC (“Lighthouse”) in its acquisition of the Pamli Global Credit Strategies business from Fir Tree Capital Management. The division will operate under the name LH Pamli Partners, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Lighthouse. This strategic acquisition enhances Lighthouse’s multi-strategy platform and expands its credit and derivatives capabilities, reinforcing the firm’s position as a leading alternative investment manager.
