Varsity, a middle-market private equity firm with offices in Los Angeles and Stamford, Conn., is focused on making tactical investments in the healthcare sector. Beghou, based in Evanston, Ill., helps pharmaceutical companies manage their commercial operations.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partners Eric Issadore and Bianca Levin-Soler, tax partner Benjamin Rogers, and finance partner Greg Bauer.
