Ropes & Gray advised Hamilton Lane, private markets investment management firm, in the close of Hamilton Lane Impact Fund II, its second impact fund. The fund closed with $370M in tow and was announced on May 23 in a press release.
The Ropes & Gray team that represented Hamilton Lane was led by asset management partner Justin Kliger and included tax partner Jay Milkes and executive compensation and benefits partner Josh Lichtenstein.
