Ropes & Gray advised Altamont Capital Management’s portfolio company Douglas Products in its sale to Brightstar Capital Partners. The transaction was announced Sept. 21 in a press release.
Douglas Products is a specialty products manufacturer and marketer of high-quality brands in the global agriculture production and structural pest control markets.
The team was led by private equity partner Howard Glazer, tax partner Amanda Holt, executive compensation & employee benefits partner Jenny Rikoski, employment partner Megan Bisk, IP transactions partner Megan Baca, environmental partner Peter Alpert, litigation partner Annie Herdman and real estate partner Jack Creedon.
