Ropes & Gray advised BondBloxx Investment Management, a provider of precision fixed income exchange traded funds, in a strategic equity investment by Macquarie Asset Management into BondBloxx that will advance the BondBloxx platform of new bond ETF solutions for all types of investors. In early April BondBloxx filed a registration statement for BondBloxx USD High Yield Bond Sector Rotation ETF, which a Macquarie Asset Management entity will sub-advise.
On April 24 BondBloxx announced it has exceeded $1 billion in assets under management, passing this milestone shortly after celebrating the one year anniversary of its first ETF listings.
