Ropes & Gray represented Ansira Partners, a marketing services and technology platform, in its sale to middle-market private equity firm Truelink Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transactions was announced in a press release on December 4.

The Ropes & Gray deal team was led by private equity partner Christian Westra and associate Brandon Winer, business restructuring partner Gregg Galardi, executive compensation & employee partner Jenny Rikoski, finance partner Andrea Hwang, tax partner Adam Greenwood, and IP transactions partner Ed Black.
