Ropes & Gray advised Tower Arch Capital, Salt Lake City-based investment firm, on the closing of Tower Arch Partners III, LP and its parallel investment entity (“Fund III”) with 750 million of capital commitments. Fund III closed at its hard cap in a single closing and was substantially oversubscribed. The closing was announced on November 28 in a press release.
The team was led by asset management partner Warren Goodworth.
