
Ropes & Gray represented the underwriters in Miami International Holdings, Inc.’s $396.8 million IPO. The pricing of the offering was announced on Aug. 13 in a press release. Shares have begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker symbol MIAX.
Miami International is a technology-driven leader in building and operating regulated financial marketplaces across multiple asset classes and geographies.
The team was led by capital markets partner Paul Tropp and included executive compensation & employee benefits partner Renata Ferrari and tax partner Scott Pinarchick.
