
Ropes & Gray represented PSG Equity in its minority investment in Utility Associates, a leader in software and hardware solutions for law enforcement and first responders, including digital video documentation and evidence storage. The transaction was announced Nov. 13 in a press release and terms were not disclosed.
PSG Equity is a growth equity firm with offices in six locations around the world. Since 2014 the firm has partnered with software and technology-enabled services providers to navigate their growth. PSG has backed more than 130 companies and facilitated over 470 add-on acquisitions.
