Ropes & Gray represented Legends, a sports and entertainment premium experiences company, in its acquisition of ASM Global to create a global live events company. The deal was announced in a November 7 press release . Financial terms were not disclosed.
Legends, founded in 2008, offers partners a 360-degree data and analytics fueled service solution platform to elevate their brand and execute their vision. Clients include Real Madrid, the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Yankees, and various sports and entertainment brands, venues, and attractions. ASM Global is a leading producer of entertainment experiences, with a portfolio of more than 350 global arenas, stadiums, convention and exhibition centers, and performing arts venues.
