Ropes & Gray has advised CVC Capital Partners and its portfolio company System C Healthcare (System C) on the acquisition of CIS Oncology, a UK company which specialises in the creation and installation of innovative chemotherapy prescribing systems.
The deal will enhance System C’s medicines management capabilities and reinforce its commitment to connecting care.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity transactions partner Angela Becker. Other members of the team included partner Dan Oates and associate Michael Asprou (private equity transactions) and counsel Benjamin Wonnacott (tax).
