Padmini Rathore, alumnus of Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad popularly known as MICA is all set to join Khaitan & Co. as Chief Practice Officer.
Currently she is working as CEO with DSK Legal. Ms. Rathore started her career with group M as a media planner. Later her career saw heights with companies like Accenture, following which she worked with the local subsidiary of a major pharma company called GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. She even worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Law firm as Business Planner and compliance Manager.
Ms Rathore will soon take over her new role of at Khaitan & Co. and will operate from their Delhi office. She received The Economic Times Most Promising Women Leaders award in 2021.
