Built Environment Networking Ltd runs UKREiiF – the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum – which is the leading UK trade show for the real estate, property and infrastructure sectors.
The acquisition strengthens Infopro Digital’s presence in the UK as well as its position as a leading international B2B trade show and event provider in the construction and public sector vertical.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner Claire O’Donnell and included tax and incentives partners Michael Alliston and Matt Findley.
