Mayer Brown represented a US affiliate of INNIO Jenbacher GmbH & Co OG (INNIO) in its acquisition of US-based Northeast-Western Energy Systems (NES-WES) from Penn Power Group, LLC. NES-WES is a leading power systems integrator in the US and has been a valued partner of INNIO in its expansion of INNIO’s Jenbacher solutions in North America over the past 20 years. The acquisition elevates INNIO’s position to build a nationwide leading energy business, focused on renewable technologies, energy storage systems, standby power systems, microgrids and related services.
