A Mayer Brown team represented Casa Lumbre, S.A.P.I. de C.V. in a joint venture with Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton for the production, manufacturing and commercialization of Almave®, a non-alcoholic agave spirit alternative. This transaction marks a significant milestone for Casa Lumbre, a well-known spirits company, as it’s the first approach to the non-alcoholic spirit market.
The team was led by partner Raúl Fernández-Briseño and senior associate Eduardo Diego-Fernández Forseck based in Mexico City.
