Mayer Brown acted as Mexican counsel to Victory Park Capital in a $30 million senior secured loan granted to MCN Investments Ltd, the holding company of TuHabi’s business in Mexico.
The firm’s representation included a due diligence on the Mexican business and a pledge agreement over the Mexican company’s equity interests.
The Mexico City-based Banking & Finance team included partner Raúl Fernández-Briseño and associate Sebastián Fernández Alonso Márquez.
