Mayer Brown represented Type One Energy, a mission-driven company focused on bringing sustainable, affordable fusion power to the world, in its first-of-its-kind partnership with AECOM, a trusted global infrastructure leader. As part of the partnership, AECOM will conduct preliminary design engineering for Type One’s 350MWe Infinity Two stellarator fusion power plant, which is intended to supply the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) with secure, reliable, and clean energy.
The Mayer Brown team was led by partner Jonathan Dhanawade and included associates Neela Pack, Gretchen Winkel, and Bradley Kaplan.
