
Paris—Mayer Brown advises the management of Bureau Veritas’ Oil & Petrochemicals and Coal testing and inspection activities, in connection with the entering into exclusive negotiations between Bureau Veritas and Triton Partners, with a view to the proposed divestiture of the Oil & Petrochemicals and Coal business.

The transaction is subject to the information and consultation procedures with the relevant employee representative bodies and is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2027, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.
