
Mayer Brown LLP served as legal counsel to independent power producer Diamond Generating, in connection with its entry into a definitive agreement with an affiliate of Igneo Infrastructure Partners, under which Diamond has agreed to sell its Indigo project, a nominally rated 136 megawatt gas-fired, simple-cycle electric generation peaking station located in Palm Springs, California.
