Frankfurt – Mayer Brown is advising BEOS AG, one of the leading asset managers and project developers of corporate real estate in Germany, and part of the real estate investor Swiss Life Asset Managers, on the acquisition of the Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket GmbH & Co. KG premises in Langen near Frankfurt am Main.
The property is divided into approximately 9,500 square meters of warehouse space and 4,500 square meters of office space. Schaeffler’s Automotive Aftermarket division relocated its global aftermarket headquarters from Langen to Frankfurt in 2022.
Mayer Brown has previously advised BEOS on other real estate transactions this year. The transaction was led by real estate partner Dr. Philipp Schaefer.
