Mayer Brown advised Ziraat Bank on its inaugural issuance of US$600 million AT1 Notes in the international capital markets

Global law firm Mayer Brown have advised Ziraat Bank on its inaugural issuance of Additional Tier 1 (AT1) Notes in the international capital markets. The U.S.$600 million Perpetual Fixed Rate Resettable AT1 were issued under the U.S.$13 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme on which Mayer Brown proudly represents the Bank.
