Linklaters strengthens corporate practice with the addition of Osama Audi in Abu Dhabi

Linklaters is pleased to announce that Osama Audi will join the firm as a partner in its corporate practice on 1st September 2026, based in Abu Dhabi.

Osama has over 20 years’ experience advising sovereign wealth investors, private capital clients and corporates on M&A and private equity transactions in the Middle East, Africa and South and Southeast Asia across sectors including energy & infrastructure, particularly renewables, as well as technology, consumer and healthcare.

Osama is New York qualified and has worked with leading global law firms across New York, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
