Linklaters’ New York M&A team is advising General Motors in its partnership with TWG Motorsports to form the Cadillac Formula 1 Team. The team will join the FIA Formula One World Championship grid in March 2026.
The Linklaters team is led by Global Chairman of Corporate George Casey and M&A Partners Heiko Schiwek and Gregory Gewirtz.
