Linklaters advises Zetra on the implementation of the financing of a portfolio of 80 charging stations for electric heavy-duty trucks in France

Linklaters advised Zetra, an innovative player in electric heavy-duty mobility, in securing a EUR 30 million financing provided by Société Générale for the deployment of a portfolio of 80 charging stations for electric heavy-duty trucks in France.

This financing, which is a first in France, will enable Zetra to accelerate the development of its charging infrastructure network for road hauliers and freight operators of all sizes.

The team also included Fanny Mahler, partner and Gwendoline Vannarath, associate, in Public Law, as well as Florent Mazeron, partner Corporate M&A, Saadoun Alioua, counsel and Milan Prée, associate, in Real Estate.
