
Linklaters has advised Vonovia SE on the successful placement of senior, unsecured convertible bonds in an aggregate principal amount of €850 million. The Bonds will fall due on 30 June 2031 and are convertible into new and/or existing ordinary registered shares of the Company.
The bonds were offered by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process exclusively to institutional investors in certain jurisdictions outside the USA via a private placement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes including debt refinancing.
