We have advised the Underwriters on Gimv NV’s EUR 247 million share capital increase through a rights issue. Gimv is a European private equity and venture capital investor, listed on Euronext Brussels.
The Underwriters on the transaction were KBC Securities NV, Belfius Bank NV (acting together with its subcontractor Kepler Cheuvreux), Bank Degroof Petercam SA/NV, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV and ING Belgium SA/NV.
The Linklaters team was led by Filip Lecoutre (Antwerp) and Luka Roosen (Brussels) and included Jason Manketo (US aspects) and Julie Vandermeeren (Brussels).
