Linklaters has advised the MLAs and bookrunners on the €1.575 billion financing for the Nomad Foods Group.

The financing involved establishing a new USD 620 million term loan and a EUR 880 million term loan, as well as a new EUR 175 million Revolving Cash Facility, each due 2032.

The Nomad Foods Group is a leading provider of frozen foods, and the largest supplier in Western Europe, with household name subsidiary brands such as Aunt Bessie, Birds Eye, Iglo, Goodfella’s and Findus.

Linklaters acted as counsel across multiple jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and New York and several other jurisdictions.
