
Linklaters has advised the lenders on the financing of Igneo Infrastructure Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake in Neumann Group, a German circular economy business. Neumann Group is an established incinerated bottom ash recycling platform serving energy-to-waste operators, and one of Europe’s leading providers. The group processes approximately 1.5 million tonnes of residual ash each year, recovering reusable raw materials and secondary construction materials through its integrated operating platform. Completion of the transaction is expected in the second half of 2026.
