Linklaters has advised the private equity investors Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners on the sale of Hyve Group, a leading B2B events business, to private equity firm Hellman & Friedman (“H&F”).
H&F’s investment reflects Hyve’s strong growth trajectory and the continued demand for premium B2B events and ecosystems underpinning its model. In partnership with H&F, Hyve will focus on accelerating international launches, expanding adjacent products and services, and continuing to scale into growing end markets via its proven acquisition strategy.
