Linklaters has advised Panattoni, one of the largest industrial real estate developers in the world, in relation to the construction of a factory for Maxcess, a global leader in innovative products and services for automated web handling applications for converting lines.
The project will allow for the relocation of Maxcess’s existing facility and an increase in production volume. It will have capacity to host 350 employees in total in the future and will serve as the main facility for the company’s European operations.
