Linklaters has advised the seller, a global investment firm, on the sale of Lipowy Office Park in Warsaw to Futureal, a real estate developer and investor.
Lipowy Office Park is an office complex comprised of four A-class office buildings. The complex offers nearly 40,000 sqm of leasable area. It is located in Ochota district of Warsaw, in proximity to the city centre and Warsaw Chopin Airport.
The transaction was led by Janusz Dzianachowski (partner), Ewa Sinkiewicz(managing associate) and Zuzanna Lipska (managing associate), supported by Aleksandra Stanulewicz (junior associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
