A cross-border tax team, coordinated by partners Roberto Egori, alongside counsel Fabio Balza and Omer Harel, and associates Matteo Feliziani, Eugenia Severino and Young Jin Kim advised on Italian and US tax matters. Advice was also provided by teams in Luxembourg as to matters of banking law.
