Linklaters advises on 51WORLD’s placing of new H shares on HKEX

Linklaters acted as placing agents’ counsel on the successful completion of placing of new H shares for Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (51WORLD) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), raising approximately HK$400m.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Beijing, 51WORLD is a Hong Kong SAR-listed technology company focused on digital twin, simulation and artificial intelligence technologies. The company operates R&D, engineering, and innovation centres in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Shenzhen, serving over a thousand large and medium-sized enterprise clients worldwide.
