Linklaters has advised Nordic Climate Group, a portfolio company of Altor Equity Partners, on the acquisition of four companies in Germany. Through the acquisition of HRW Gebäudetechnik GmbH, Friedrich Reitemeier GmbH and its subsidiaries Versorgungstechnik Stüve GmbH and Karl Busch Installationen GmbH, Nordic Climate Group is entering the German market.
The four companies together represent a strong regional presence in refrigeration, heating and energy-efficient technical installations across Northern and Western Germany. Their business activities focus on commercial and industrial projects, service offerings and refurbishment projects.
The Linklaters team was led by Frankfurt-based Private Capital partner Carl Sanders and managing associate Julius Gerbaulet.
