Linklaters advises Nexans on its €350 million bonds issuance

Linklaters has advised Nexans, a Leader in the design and manufacture of cable systems and services, on its new bonds issuance of a principal amount of €350 million, with a 6-year maturity and an annual interest rate of 4.25 per cent.

The bonds are admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris. The net proceeds of the new bonds issuance will be used by Nexans for the refinancing of its outstanding €200 million 2.75% bonds due April 5, 2024. The remaining part of the net proceeds will be allocated to its general corporate purposes.

In April 2023, Linklaters also advised Nexans on its inaugural Sustainability-Linked Bonds issuance.
