On 5 January 2024, a bid consortium consisting of Macquarie Capital, Stirling Square and TA, through Giant BidCo, announced a recommended public takeover of Byggfakta. The shares in Byggfakta are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offer values all shares in Byggfakta at SEK 10.1 billion.
Linklaters has advised Giant BidCo and the consortium member Macquarie Capital in connection with the takeover.
