Linklaters Advises Glencore on the Establishment of an Aluminum Recycling Joint Venture

Linklaters’ U.S. M&A team advised Glencore on the establishment of an aluminum recycling joint venture with Alumicore. The transaction included the acquisition of the business of Zeb Aluminum and a sale of a 55% stake in the acquired business to Alumicore. The joint venture owns and operates a recycling and remelting complex near Charleston, South Carolina.
