Linklaters advised Crédit Suisse Asset Management and Balzac REIM on the signing of a commercial lease in future state of completion with Eurazeo for the entirety of the premises for office use comprised within the property located at 64-66 rue Pierre-Charron in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
The property will be delivered at the end of the year and is targeting Breeam Excellent and HQE Excellent certifications.
