Linklaters advises CREDIPAR on a €573,330,300 public securitisation transaction of auto lease contracts

Linklaters has advised CREDIPAR on its new public STS auto lease and residual value securitisation transaction with a total volume of €573,330,300.

The transaction was led by Société Générale as Arranger and Joint Lead Manager as well as Banco Santander, S.A., UniCredit Bank AG and BofA Securities Europe SA as Joint Lead Managers. The class A/B notes issued by the FCT “Auto ABS French Leases 2023” were officially listed and admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.

This securitisation of c. 29,000 auto lease contracts originated in France contributes to Stellantis’ electrification goals with the inclusion of up to 25% of autolease contracts on full electric vehicles.
