Linklaters has advised Brady Corporation, a global leader in identification solutions, on the acquisition of Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services business (“PSS”). The transaction is structured as an all-cash acquisition with a purchase price of US$ 1.4 billion.

PSS is a global provider of mobile computers, barcode scanners and printing solutions serving the warehouse and logistics market. Headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina, PSS employs approximately 3,000 people worldwide and generated revenues of around US$ 1.1 billion in 2025.

The acquisition expands Brady’s offering into adjacent data capture and workflow solutions. It also strengthens Brady’s position in technologically enabled productivity markets.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026 and is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

An international cross-practice Linklaters team led by Corporate/M&A partner Martina Farkas (Munich) and Employment partner Matthew Devey (Frankfurt) advised Brady on the European, Asian, Middle East and Latin American aspects of the transaction
