Linklaters advises Blackstone on the sale of logistics asset portfolio

Linklaters, together with other law firms, has advised Blackstone on the sale of a logistics assets portfolio to vehicles invested by CBRE IM and managed by ExCorde Capital. The portfolio included 19 logistics assets across Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain. The transaction involved a combination of share and asset sales with a total deal value of about €310m.

A cross-practice Linklaters team advised Blackstone on the German part of the transaction. The team was led by Real Estate Partner Hannes Dietmaierand Managing Associate Barbara Rybka and included Counsels Isabelle-Carmen Petersen Weis (Banking), Anne Katharina Rosenow (Tax), as well as Associates Hanna Dolata and Felix Kolbe (all Real Estate.)
