
Linklaters has advised Atalaya Mining PLC on its step-up from an AIM listing to a listing on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange Main Market.
Atalaya Mining is a European copper producer that owns and operates the Proyecto Riotinto complex in southwest Spain and controls a diverse portfolio of development and exploration projects in several well-known mining regions.
The team was led by corporate partner James Wootton, senior US associate Igor Rogovoy, managing associate Poppy Burke-Moore and associates Isabella Doe and Francesca Nash in London, alongside corporate partner Sebastián Albella and managing associate Alvaro Albors in Madrid.
Partner Bradley Richardson advised on employment & incentives, partner Lynne Walkington and associate Anna Sparrow advised on tax matters and managing associate Iyesogie Igiehon advised on ESG matters.
