Linklaters has advised ASK Chemicals, a portfolio company of Rhône Group, on its issuance of €50m additional high yield bonds. The proceeds, together with cash, are expected to be used to repay in full existing holding company pay-in-kind debt.
ASK Chemicals is one of the leading global suppliers of specialty chemicals and consumables. Its business contributes to mission-critical parts and equipment across several end markets.
The international Linklaters high yield team was led by partner Alek Naidenovand supported by associate Dami Banire.

Linklaters had previously advised ASK Chemicals and Rhône Group on a €225m direct lending financing in 2022 and a €325m high yield issuance in 2024.
