Linklaters advised Stena Real Estate AB on the acquisition and €51.1 million green loan for Studio B Office Building in Warsaw

Linklaters has advised Stena Real Estate AB, an international property company and part of the privately-owned Swedish Stena Group, on its acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw and a €51.1 million green loan provided by BNP Paribas for the acquisition.

Studio B has achieved LEED Platinum certification for best-in-class green buildings, and the loan adheres to the “Green Loan Principles” formulated by the Loan Market Association (LMA), ensuring that the financing supports environmentally sustainable economic activity.
