The Vita Coco Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: COCO), a leading high-growth platform of better-for-you beverage brands, has priced an underwritten secondary offering by Verlinvest Beverages SA (the Selling Stockholder) of 4,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The Selling Stockholder will receive all of the proceeds from the Offering. The Company is not selling any shares of Common Stock in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the Offering.
