FrontView REIT, Inc. (NYSE: FVR) has announced the entry into an agreement providing for a US$75 million delayed-draw convertible perpetual preferred equity investment led by Maewyn Capital Partners.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Maewyn Capital Partners in the growth equity investment with a Capital Markets team led by partners Lewis Kneib and Andrew Blumenthal, with associates Andrew Bentz and Yulong Li. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Pardis Zomorodi and on public company representation matters by partner Brian Miller and counsel Regina Schlatter.
