Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE), has announced that Lineage Europe Finco B.V., an indirect subsidiary of the Company, priced an offering of €700 million aggregate principal amount of 4.125% Senior Notes due 2031 at a price of 99.324% of the principal amount. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on November 26, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
